Where we work
We’re based in Hot Springs and most of our route is within about twenty minutes of it. If you’re outside this list, call anyway — if we can’t get to you we’ll say so rather than quote you and cancel later.
Towns we serve
Hot Springs
Home base. Most of our weekly route runs inside the city.
Hot Springs Village
Gated, so we coordinate access with you up front. A lot of Village lots back onto trees, which makes fall cleanup the big one here.
Lake Hamilton
Second homes and rentals, many with owners out of state. Property maintenance and check-ins matter more here than anywhere else we work.
Royal
West of town along 270. Bigger lots, more brush work.
Pearcy
Same corridor as Royal — we're out that way regularly.
Lonsdale
Northeast toward Benton. Ask about the schedule; we group these days.
Benton
We take work here, grouped onto set days to keep the drive fair to everyone.
Malvern
Same as Benton — grouped days rather than any day you like.
Bismarck
South toward DeGray. Larger properties, usually cleanup and maintenance work.
What we do out there

- Property MaintenanceOngoing care for the whole lot — mowing, seasonal tidy-ups, and eyes on the place, so it always looks tended rather than patched.
