Hot Springs
Home base. Most of my weekly route runs inside the city.
Hot Springs Village
Gated, so I coordinate access with you up front. A lot of Village lots back onto trees, which makes fall cleanup the big one here.
Lake Hamilton
Second homes and rentals, many with owners out of state. Property maintenance and check-ins matter more here than anywhere else I work.
Royal
West of town along 270. Bigger lots, more brush work.
Pearcy
Same corridor as Royal — I'm out that way regularly.
Lonsdale
Northeast of town. Ask about the schedule — I group these days.
What I do out there
- Lawn MowingConsistent height, clean passes, and a schedule you can plan around — your grass stays presentation-ready between visits.
- Yard CleanupOvergrowth, leaves, gutters, and storm debris cleared and hauled off — before guests, before a listing, or when the yard has gotten ahead of you.
- Trash Can CareCans to the curb on pickup day and back up the drive after — plus a hand-wash and deodorize once a month.
- Property MaintenanceOngoing care for the whole lot — mowing, seasonal tidy-ups, and eyes on the place, so it always looks tended rather than patched.
